Our performance and quality measurement system

Falcon Eye believes that implementing an effective quality management system is fundamental to customer satisfaction. Accordingly, Falcon Eye is able to provide a quality management system to the client that best suits the needs of the contract. Once agreed upon and implemented, the quality system can be easily modified to meet the requirements of both parties.

Through our Quality Management System, we encourage all staff working on site to identify areas of operations that are either not up to standard or can be further improved. They are then asked to provide details of recommended corrective and preventive actions.
